How to make a perfect omelet

Omelets are my favorite breakfast dish. How can you make them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.

If you add the egg directly onto the stovetop, you might end up burning the bottom part of the egg, which would ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.
